Then look no further! SHAKE THAT BOOTY! is a high energy,  calorie-burning DANCE workout that's so fun, you won't even feel like you're working out!

Set to pumping Latin hits, this dance workout incorporates footwork and body movements from salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton and even belly dancing, helping you to tone and sculpt your body, with extra focus on firming up the glutes, tightening the abs, and strengthening the back.

The routines vary from moderate to fast to slow and back to fast again, thus utilizing the principles of fitness interval training to help you burn even more calories.

Best of all, there's no pressure to get the steps right. SHAKE THAT BOOTY! is all about having fun while picking up the moves visually. You can even bring your own style and flavor to the moves and make it your own.

You don't need weights, balls, mates or bands. You don't even have to be a good dancer. All you need is a pair of sneakers!

Recommended attire:

Athletic shoes are a must (sneakers, trainers, tennis shoes, runners, etc.). For clothes, anything that allows you to move freely. Exercise gear is optional. Absolutely no skirts or dresses.
