Directions to the Building:
 
Keong Saik Rd is bordered by New Bridge Rd (where Chinatown is), Cantonment Road (where SGH and the Central Police Division is) and Neil Rd.

39B Keong Saik Road is located in the row of shophouses just behind the Duxton Plain Park.


Traveling Directions:
If traveling by Car:

There are two ways to get there:
  1. Travel along Neil Road (the stretch between Maxwell Market and Cantonment Rd) and keep right. Make a right onto Kreta Ayer Rd, just after an open-air URA parking lot. Once along Kreta Ayer Rd, turn left onto Keong Saik Rd, just before the Indian temple. Look out for the "7-Eleven" store sign along the shophouses on your right. The studio is on the third floor.
     
  2. Travel along New Bridge Rd and keep left. Make a left onto Keong Saik Rd. Once you pass Kreta Ayer Rd, look out for the "7-11" store sign along the shophouses on your right. The studio is on the third floor.

Most of the parking spaces around the area use parking coupons. As Keong Saik Rd is within the Restricted Zone, coupon-parking charges are $1 per half an hour from 830a to 5p, and $0.50 per half an hour from 5p to 10p, from Mon to Sat. On Sun and public holidays, parking charges are $0.50 per half hour from 830a to 10p.

Here are your parking options:

1.

There are URA coupon-parking lots all along the streets of Keong Saik Rd, as well as the neighboring streets of Chuan Rd and Teck Lim Rd. These are quite popular.
2.

Oriental Plaza, along Keong Saik Rd. It is quite close to the studio. To enter this car park, you must approach from New Bridge Rd and make a left onto Keong Saik Rd. The road will curve right. Once you go past a coffeeshop on your right, you'll see the entrance to this basement carpark on your right.

Parking charges are $2.14 for the first  hour, and $1.07 for subsequent half hours periods, from Mon to Sat, 8a to 5p. After 5p, it's $2.14 per entry. It's also $2.14 per entry on Sun and public holidays. It's best to park here if you're intending to park  for more than two hours after 5p. The parking garage uses cashcard payment.

There are also two big parking areas next to the Outram MRT station along New Bridge Rd. You should be able to find a parking spot there.
4. You can find another URA parking area among the HDB flats in the Kreta Ayer area, near the Kreta Ayer Community Centre and Kreta Ayer People's Theatre. There are two entrances; one along Keong Saik Rd, and one along Kreta Ayer Rd.

Coupon-parking charges are $1 per half an hour from 7a to 5p, and $0.50 per half an hour from 5p to 730a, Monday to Saturday. Do take note of the $2 night parking charges, from 1030p to 7a. The good news is, parking is free on Sun and public holidays.

***IMPORTANT***
Do note that Keong Saik Rd is a two-way street. Therefore, if you do see a parking lot on the opposite of the road, please turn your car around and park facing the right direction. You will be given a parking fine of $50 if you park facing the wrong direction. The parking attendants there are very diligent, and they'll be happy to give out tickets for just about any offence. Make sure that you also display sufficient parking coupons.

If traveling by MRT:

From the East West or North East MRT Line, stop at the Outram Park station (EW 16 or NE 3). Follow the signs for Exit H. If you're coming from the EW Line, do not exit until you walk towards the NE Line. Once you're at the NE line, follow the directions for Exit H.

Once you reach ground level, walk against the flow of traffic along New Bridge Road. You should pass two coffeeshops on your right. Keep walking until you come to a traffic junction. You should see "This Fashion" in front of you. Turn right on the perpendicular street, known as Kreta Ayer Rd, and head uphill until you reach another street. This is Keong Saik Road.

Turn right onto Keong Saik Road and keep walking until you see the 7-11" sign. The studio is located directly above that. Go through the white door and head on up the stairs to the 3rd flr.

If traveling by Bus:

You can stop along New Bridge Road (opposite Pearl's Centre), or Eu Tong Sen St (in front of Pearl's Centre), Kreta Ayer Road (opposite Blk 333), Neil Road (after Kreta Ayer Road) or Cantonment Road (at or opposite Maritime House). If traveling along NEW BRIDGE RD, stop opposite PEARL'S CENTRE:
Once you alight, walk against the flow of traffic along New Bridge Road. Keep walking until you come to a traffic junction. You should see "This Fashion" in front of you. Turn right on the perpendicular street, known as Kreta Ayer Rd, and head uphill until you reach another street. This is Keong Saik Road.

Turn right onto Keong Saik Road and keep walking until you see the 7-Eleven" sign. The studio is located directly above that. Go through the white door and head on up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

At the traffic light, cross the road and walk uphill along Kreta Ayer Road, until you reach another street. This is Keong Saik Road.

Turn right onto Keong Saik Road and keep walking until you see the 7-Eleven" sign. The studio is located directly above that. Go through the white door and head on up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

At the traffic light, cross the road and walk against the flow of traffic along New Bridge Road. Keep walking until you come to a traffic junction. You should see "This Fashion" in front of you. Turn right on the perpendicular street, known as Kreta Ayer Road, and head uphill until you reach another street. This is Keong Saik Road.

Turn right onto Keong Saik Road and keep walking until you see the 7-Eleven" sign. The studio is located directly above that. Go through the white door and head on up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

If traveling along CANTONMENT RD towards the west, stop at MARITIME HSE:
Once you alight, walk towards the junction of Neil Road and Cantonment Road. Once you reach Neil Road, turn right and cross the traffic junction, and walk along Neil Road until you see Keong Saik Road on your left. Turn left onto Keong Saik Road and keep walking until you see the 7-Eleven" sign on your left. The studio is located directly above that. Go through the white door and head on up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

If traveling along CANTONMENT RD towards the east, stop opposite MARITIME HSE:
Once you alight, walk in the opposite direction from whence you came, towards the junction of Neil Road and Cantonment Road. Once you reach the junction, turn right and cross the road, and walk along Neil Road until you see Keong Saik Road on your left.. Turn left onto Keong Saik Road and keep walking until you see the 7-Eleven" sign on your left. The studio is located directly above that. Go through the white door and head on up the stairs to the 3rd floor.
